Conscious 1:1 Coaching is for those who are going through life transitions, soulful transformations, or accelerated growth.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
Your coaching will be customized, depending on what you need. I offer two coaching packages: a 3-month package (10 sessions), and a 6-month package (22 sessions).
HOW IT WORKS
Conscious 1:1 Coaching takes place weekly or bi-weekly, on Google Meet or Zoom. We’ll kick off with an in-depth Energy Leadership Index Assessment and Debrief. Then we’ll do a deep-dive exploring where you are currently, and where you want to go.
YOUR INVESTMENT
3-month package (10 sessions) - $2,000
6-month package (22 sessions) - $4,400
You can pay upfront, or monthly. If you currently work in the corporate world, you might also be able to reimburse the cost. Let’s talk about it on your discovery call.
SINGLE COACHING SESSIONS
Once you complete a 3 or 6-month package, you are eligible to book single sessions.
Working with a coach who you “click with” is critical.

Soul Alignment Package
A journey of deep healing and inner transformation to welcome new opportunities and challenges with aligned energy.
Soul Alignment is for those who are going through or coming out of the "dark night of the soul", and are ready to step into deeper healing.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
10 personalized sessions to support you in releasing emotional baggage on an energetic level, generating new helpful insights from within, and embodying your highest self.
HOW IT WORKS
We will kick off with a 90-minute session of Quantum Human Design Reading. Then we will meet weekly or bi-weekly for 9 sessions on Zoom, Google Meet, or in person.
Each of those 9 sessions takes 2.5~3 hours including Quantum Alignment System practice based on 9 resilience keys (Vitality, Self-Worth, Decisiveness, Emotional Wisdom, Self-Trust, Authenticity, Courage, Empowerment, and Lovability) for emotional release and alignment, followed by Clarity Breathwork for deep healing and clarity needed to move forward.

Team Offsite, Corporate Events, Speaking Engagement
Give your team the gift of time to pause, reflect, connect to themselves and each other – and grow together.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
Well-being and leadership development experiential retreats and events customized for your team. You get a 30-minute pre-event strategy call, design and delivery of your workshop, speaking engagement or off-site retreat or event, plus a 15-minute post-event debrief strategy call.
HOW IT WORKS
Team Retreats and Corporate events offered both virtually and in person. First, we’ll get on a call to discuss your needs and ideas on how I can help you achieve your goals.
YOUR INVESTMENT
After our free discovery call, I’ll provide you with a quote based on what you need. My corporate rate is $1,500 / hour. For a workshop, I recommend a minimum of 90 minutes. If you are on a budget, let’s connect and develop a win-win plan!
